Hunter Werth vs. Jason Ecks
Down with the Sickness by Disturbed hits hard on the arena sound system as Jason Ecks appears on the stage. He looks at the camera and starts counting off with his fingers…1…2…3 sprints towards the ring as the pyro goes off on the ramp almost as if he is racing it. He launches himself at the last second and baseball slides under the bottom rope. He slides to the center of the ring and pops to his feet. He approaches the near corner and climbs to the second turn buckle and looks out over the crowd and up the ramp waiting for the start of the match.

("Secret Weapon" by MxPX begins playing over the loudspeaker. Hunter Werth makes his way out from behind the curtain doing a little strut as he comes out. He stops for a second putting his hand to his ear, waiting for the [cheers/boos/general disinterest] of the crowd. He then starts walking down the ramp slapping hands with the fans beside the ring that offer them.)

You are your own secret weapon.
It's all up to you, to come out swingin'.
It's all up to you!

(Hunter walks up the ring steps and swings around to the opposite side of the post. He grabs the top rope and propels himself over the top rope. When he lands in the middle of the ring, he hops up again using the ring to propel himself up a big doing a 360. He then cracks his neck and goes to his corner waiting for the his opponent)

The bell sounds as both men approach the center of the ring; Ecks extends his hand, which is promptly taken by Werth and the competitors share a handshake. They back away and start circling the ring, waiting for an opening to come. After a few moments they lock up collar and elbow, Werth gaining the initial advantage as he goes behind with a hammerlock. Ecks fires off an elbow to the jaw before reversing with a hammerlock of his own. Hunter shoots a back elbow upwards, catching his opponent by surprise, before running against the ropes. Jason Ecks leapfrogs over Werth as he approaches; Werth bounces off the ropes again, right into a high hip toss! Ecks makes the cover.

Both men scramble back to their feet as Ecks backs his opponent against the ropes. A few knife edge chops turn Hunter’s chest red before he gets Irish whipped across the ring – but Werth reverses, sending Jason running against the ropes. Werth drops down as Ecks leaps over him, bouncing off the other ropes, coming right back into a flapjack! He hits the mat face first and pops right back to his feet as Werth doubles him over with a boot to the gut. Hunter runs against the nearest ropes, coming back with a sloppy swinging neckbreaker as he makes the cover.

But Jason gets the shoulder up.

Hunter assumes a mounted position astride his opponent’s chest as he nails him with a few punches to the head before the referee intervenes. Ecks gets lifted back to his feet and thrown head first into the top turnbuckle. A couple of boots find themselves planted in the midsection of Jason Ecks before Werth ascends to the middle turnbuckle. Hunter unloads with a series of right hands, the crowd counting along with him, six successive shots to the face of Jason Ecks before he manages to squirm out under Hunter Werth, stumbling towards the middle of the ring. Werth drops down and turns round, only to get caught by a spinning back kick to the midsection, followed up quickly thereafter by a DDT!

Hunter rolls out under the bottom rope, clutching his head as Ecks stands back up in the ring. He sees his opponent on the outside of the ring as he runs against the opposite ropes. Jason launches himself over the top rope with a suicide senton, just connecting with Hunter Werth! Both men are down on the outside as the referee starts the count out. Ecks stirs first, dragging himself back up with the help of the a folding steel chair before he drags Werth back to a vertical base, rolling him back into the and following him in. A pin attempt by Ecks.

Hunter kicks out!

Ecks lifts him to a seated position and applies a rear chinlock. The referee checks for a submission, but Hunter isn’t giving up easily. The hold transitions as Werth battles to an upright position, firing off a few elbows to the midsection, loosening Jason’s grip. Hunter counters the hold with a back suplex, but Jason flips over the back, landing on his feet as he fires off a low kick to the thigh. Werth manages to turn around as Ecks lands a couple more kicks to the outside of the legs, finally dropping Hunter to one knee before clocking him with an enziguiri to the back of the head. Capitalising, Ecks grabs his opponent by the legs as he tries for a cloverleaf submission hold, but Werth kicks him away. Jason rolls through, getting back to his feet as Hunter uses the ropes to get back to his feet. He’s caught from behind, however, as Ecks hits a basement dropkick to the back of the knee. Hunter drops like a sack of potatoes. Sensing an opportunity, Ecks drags his opponent towards the center of the ring, looking for a figure four, but Werth manages to kick him away again. This time Ecks flies towards the corner, hitting the back of his head on one of the turnbuckles, allowing Hunter time to recover.

Both men take their time to get back to their feet, Hunter staggering around the ring as Ecks picks himself up in the corner. Jason storms out of the corner, charging at Werth with a lariat, but it’s ducked! Werth counters with some knife edge chops that light up his opponent’s chest before going for an Irish whip. Ecks manages to stand his ground, reversing the whip attempt, which is, in turn, countered as Werth executes a short arm clothesline! Werth takes a moment to play to the crowd as Jason Ecks rolls around on the canvas, before starting to get back to his feet. Another Irish whip has Ecks hurtling towards the turnbuckles as he hits them back first. Hunter comes charging in with a running double knee lift! Ecks stumbles out of the corner as Hunter climbs out through the ropes onto the apron. He waits for Jason to turn around before springboarding up onto the top rope for his trademark springboard forearm smash – but Werth slips and lands awkwardly on his feet. Ecks seizes the moment, doubling Hunter over with a boot to the gut before lifting him for a suplex – but Werth drops down the back and pushes Ecks into the corner. He hits the turnbuckle chest first, staggering back as Werth hooks his opponent’s arm. Hunted Down! The cobra clutch slam takes Ecks down as Hunter Werth hooks the leg.

Thaddeus Grey vs. Crowe
The lights dim to near pitch-black levels. After a brief moment of silence, Innerpartysystem's "Don't Stop" blares over the announce system. All eyes are on the entrance area, the only light from a single spotlight above. A very arrogant and very assured Thaddeus Grey makes his way out, much to the chagrin of the fans in attendance. The combat zone is soon affected with a pulsating white light. Walking to the ring to a chorus of boos, Thaddeus Grey is oozing nothing but confidence, the smirk on his face serving as the perfect example of such a statement. Multiple fans may soon be experiencing seizures, but Grey could certainly care less. As he reaches the ring, the fans really let him have it, the boos turning to jeers and insults, but Grey pays them no attention.

As the house lights dim and the opening chords of “Genesis” rumbles out from the speakers; Crowe emerges, silhouetted by light coming out from behind the curtains. Crowe stands at the entrance way momentarily, head down, arms outstretched with clenched fists until the intro comes to an end the song kicks into life. Only then do the house lights brighten, spurring Crowe into life as he lifts his head, drops his arms and poises himself for the walk to the ring, not reacting to the booing from nearby crowd members. Once at ringside, Crowe rolls into the ring under the bottom rope where he then backs himself into a corner and drops down to a seated position, resting his head on the middle turnbuckle to await his opponent.

The bell sounds as Grey runs across the ring and nails Crowe with a shoulder thrust to the midsection, sending the London-born brawler stumbling into the corner. Grey then heads into the corner and nails Crowe with a series of right hands to the face. But Crowe is able to block one last right hand and counter with one of his own, knocking Grey to the canvas. As Crowe heads from out of the corner, Grey gets back up and stops him with a kick to the midsection. He then begins to unleash a series of clubbing shots to the back of the neck. But Crowe is able to scoop up Grey across his shoulders and dump him over the top rope with a fireman's carry takeover.

As Grey pulls himself up on the outside using the edge of the apron, Crowe reaches through the ropes to grab him. But Grey rakes him across the eyes to boos from the crowd. He then reaches up and pops Crowe with an uppercut, sending Crowe stumbling back. Grey then slides into the ring, runs over and goes for a clothesline. But Crowe doesn't get knocked down. He then cocks his arm back and lunges forward, throwing a standing clothesline. But again, Crowe doesn’t fall. So Grey runs into the ropes. When he comes back, Crowe tries to catch him with a big boot to the face. But Grey ducks and runs into the ropes. When Grey comes back, he connects with a front dropkick to Crowe's knee. Crowe immediately drops down to one knee. Grey then gets up, grabs Crowe by the arm and falls back, delivering a single arm DDT to boos from the crowd. He turns Crowe over and makes the cover.

Crowe can be seen cringing in pain as he grabs the arm. Grey then picks him up, hammerlocks his arm, heads into the corner and repeatedly throws him shoulder-first into the ring post. The crowd boos as Crowe crumbles to the canvas in pain. After grabbing him by his left wrist with both hands, Grey drags Crowe away from the ropes. He then walks to the other side of the ring and waits patiently for Crowe to turn over. Once he does, Grey darts across the ring and goes for the Grey Skull. But Crowe moves out of the way, avoiding the punt kick to the head. When Grey turns around, Crowe gets up and nails him with a right hand. He then nails Grey with another.... and another. After a kick to the midsection, Crowe lifts up Grey for a vertical suplex. But Grey slips down from behind and quickly takes Crowe down into the Grey Matter. The crowd boos as Crowe can be heard groaning in pain. The ref asks him if he wants to give up. But Crowe refuses to quit. So Grey pulls back, resulting in Crowe letting out a loud yell. The ref asks him again if he wants to give up. With the pain being too much to take, Crowe taps out.
