More Matches For All-Star Showdown III

This past Saturday in Asbury Park, NJ, several matches were added to the All-Star Showdown III card.

Since his surprising return two weeks ago, Chaths has pulled no punches in regards to his thoughts on the FGA roster. He has repeatedly insinuated that the current roster is soft, weak-willed and has settled for mediocrity. The former Pride Champion called back to a hit list of names that he wanted to defeat. But those names are no longer in FGA and, in his opinion, the current members of the roster can't measure up to the likes of Chris Q, Sean Sands, and others. But one man stood up to Chaths. The masked man Danean stood up to Chaths, letting him know that there were members of this roster that still pulled their weight, still put on exciting matches for the fans and still had the ability to compete with the best. Chaths promptly took Danean up on his challenge, only to coldly tell Danean to "know that he's asked for what's to come."

After successfully defending their World Tag Team Titles against the Man Made Monsters at PWP 8, the Super Mario Wrestling Bros now look towards All-Star Showdown III. The #Sparklebuddies and The Young Guns will face off in the finals of the Dynamic Duos Tag Team Tournament. The winners of DDT3 will go on to challenge the SMWB for the Tag Titles at All-Star Showdown III.

After leaving Chris Bond a mangled mess at Only The Strong Survive, Kevin Hardaway hasn't passed up the opportunity to rub the loss in Bond's face. He's repeatedly called Bond's character into question. He's ran down Bond's career achievements in FGA. Hardaway has also taken additional cheap shots and low blows at Bond. But the Battle Hardened veteran had enough. Making his first appearance in a month, Bond returned to FGA to make a challenge to K-Hard. He wants Hardaway in the ring for one last time. But Bond doesn't want any normal match. In fact, he wants a match that Hardaway has excelled in. Bond formally challenge Kevin Hardaway to a Chivalry is Dead Match at All-Star Showdown III. Hardaway laughed off the challenge. But he quickly realized that Bond was dead serious. Hardaway then accepted the challenge before a locker room clearing brawl erupted between the two.

The Chivalry is Dead Match has been a staple of Pro-Wrestling Frontier since the company's inception  during the summer of 2011. Hardaway, a former two-time GFC World Champion and arguably the biggest star of the company, has been in three of the Chivalry is Dead Matches (vs. Sophie O'Brien, vs. Pat Gordon Jr, vs. Brad Kane). With a W-L of 2-1, Hardaway has proven to be successful in this match. There are no disqualifications and no count outs. No holds are barred. Anything goes. The only way to win is by pin fall or submission. With the health of Bond's knee in question and with Hardaway penchant for violence, one has to wonder if this was a wise move on Bond's part. But if anyone can defeat Hardaway in this match, it is the man that is #FGAProud.
