FGA officials have reached a decision in regards to the actions of Dom Harter. Two weeks ago at the Glory Road pay-per-view, Harter was involved in an argument with several referees after being eliminated from the Gold Rush Rumble. FGA Officials then came down to try and calm the situation. But the situation quickly turned violent as Harter not only attacked an official, but applied a submission hold as well.
As a result, Harter has been suspended for 90 days, without pay. Officials have also levied a five figure fine against Harter. While the amount of the fine is currently undisclosed, it is said to be heavy. This isn't the first time Harter has been suspended by FGA. Harter was suspended from FGA in the Fall of 2013 after attacking Tiffany Lawrence Michaels, the valet of The Usual Suspects. Let's also remember that Harter viciously attacked Akirsta O'Hare with a lead pipe in January 2013, ending her FGA career.
With FGA set to debut on WGN America in a few months, this is not the type of bad publicity that the promotion needs. It was a little over a year ago that Chris Q took it upon himself to punch a Spike TV executive, causing the company to get dropped from its deal. Chris Q was stripped of his FGA World Championship and was suspended indefinitely. When Spike TV reps brought legal action against Chris Q, he was released from FGA and spent the following eight months in jail for assault.
There is no word on if the FGA Official that was attacked by Harter will take legal action.
