Tryouts

LDFC to hold its second tryout camp.

Lion's Den Fighting Championships, FGA's developmental/sister company, will be holding tryouts on November 30 and December 1 at The New Mid-Atlantic Sportatorium in Gibsonville, NC. The tryout camp will give the attendees the opportunity to be seen by LDFC's training staff, as well as FGA Officials.

Various areas will be covered, including in-ring technique, charisma and promos. In addition, appearance, mindset, conditioning and potential will also be evaluated. Strength & conditioning will be covered by "Mountain" Dewey Dresden. Drills will be run by Riley Owens and promos will be covered by Chris Bond. Both the in-ring exercises, as well as promos, will be video taped and critiqued by all three trainers over the duration of this period. These men are three of the most respected wrestlers, as well as trainers, in the U.S. These men will not be there to embarrass or discourage you. Instead, they will be there to highlight which areas you do well in and which areas you can improve in. Those of you that thoroughly impress will be given the opportunity to join one of the three LDFC classes (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)

The tryout camp is open to individuals of all skill and experience levels. Each attendee will be responsible for their travel to and from the Sportatorium, including lodging. The registration fee is $105. All meals will be provided. The camp will last from 8am to 5pm each day. Enrollment is limited (20 applicants), so act now! Forms and registration must be submitted by November 30.

OOC: If you're interested in joining a "micro fed" (800 word limit) with a developmental brand twist, LDFC might be the place for you. Click here for general info on LDFC and here for info on the classes. If you would like to have your character eventually join LDFC, just contact us via twitter (@LionsDenFC) or sign up to the FGA boards, link us to any bio you might have for your character, and we'll include it in the write up on the tryout the following days (Ex: "Out of all the attendees, these are the ones that impressed the most... Wrestler X, General stats, short bio, etc... Wrestler Y, General stats, short bio, etc...")

We're preferably looking for face characters. So again, if you're interested, just hit us up!
