Injury bug bites two more
Towards the end of this past Saturday's Vertigo, Chandler Scott revealed that he had been wrestling with a fractured elbow and a partially torn triceps since his title match with Cordy Stevenson at All-Star Showdown IV (7/25). But it was during his match with Zero McHannon at Final Frontier where he suffered an even worse injury: a torn labrum. He was given a recovery time of 4-6 months for the torn labrum. He now joins Dom Harter (separated shoulder & knee injury suffered on 12/12; out 4 months), Evangelista (C2 and C3 cervical fracture suffered on 11/28; out 3-6 months) and Cordy Stevenson (broken ankle suffered on 9/19; recovery time was never disclosed).
Chris Bond also suffered a knee injury during this show. His injury, just like Evangelista's, was caused by Johnny Cannon. The Battle-Hardened veteran is expected to be out for 8-12 weeks, plus additional time for rehabilitation and physical therapy.
