Throughout the years, Frontier Grappling Arts has held many notable events: Above & Beyond, Final Frontier and the Anniversary Shows, to name a few. But without question, All-Star Showdown is FGA's flagship pay per view. The series has been pivotal in the company's success through media, shows and merchandising. Stars have been born, legends have been made, records have been set and classic matches have been wrestled at this prestigious event. As FGA continues to grow and expand in 2017, the company is looking to give the event its biggest platform to date.
That is why we are pleased to announce that on Saturday, June 24, All-Star Showdown VI will emanate live from Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
Staples Center, which opened in October of 1999, has played host to various All-Star Games, seven NBA Finals, and the annual Grammys event (with the exception of 2003), to name a few. The venue hosts over 250 events and over 4 million visitors a year. FGA is thrilled and honored to hold #Showdown6 in one of the finest arenas in all of sports and entertainment. In addition of All-Star Showdown VI, FGA will be bringing back FrontierCon. The fan festival was a big hit last year during the lead-up to All-Star Showdown VI. This year, the event will be held at the nearby Los Angeles Convention Center. FrontierCon will be hosting events throughout the week, including a new event the night before the ppv.
