The lights go out for Glitz, Glamour and Glory.
Earlier this afternoon, all 3GW contracted talent, including referees and announcers, met at Center Stage Arena in Los Angeles, CA for an all-talent meeting. While the "Mayor of Hollywood" Jordan Cain was conspicuous by his absence, his second in command, Lindsay Harrington, was present.
It had been no secret that 3GW operators had become disillusioned with the brand, especially in the mist of Cain's gross overspending and mismanagement. When it was learned that 3GW operators were looking to close the promotion, Frontier Grappling Arts, a close affiliate of the company, stepped in to make an offer while the company was on hiatus. After a figure was agreed upon, FGA acquired the brand.
As of March 27, FGA has acquired all 3GW registered property, including event names, trademarks, championships and other properties, including the Center Stage Arena. Current contracted talent were given the option of taking their talents to FGA or accepting a buyout for their contracts. As of this writing, the following names have officially joined FGA:

Jaelynn Ramsey
Geoff Penzer (Play-by-Play. Former Play-by-Play for LDFC)
Melanie Sierra (Ring Announcer. Former announcer for LDFC)
