Lions Cup Set

After the double shot weekend in the Carolinas, the field for the 2014 Frontier Lions Cup has been set.

At All-Star Showdown III, Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine won a battle royal that would send him straight to Above & Beyond III. With Carmine advancing to the quarterfinals of the Frontier Lions Cup after essentially being given a BYE, the rest of the field was whittled down after the Carolinas double shot. To recap, here were the quarterfinals matches that took place:

After the weekend was over, here is how the field looks for the remainder of the Frontier Lions Cup:


Tony Carmine, Chaz Holiday, Cordy Stevenson, Johnny Karma, Dan Herrera, Jared James, Cyncity and Evangelista will all compete in the Frontier Lions Cup Tournament at Above & Beyond III. The tournament will consist of three rounds over the course of the supershow on August 23. All quarterfinal matches will have a 15 minute time limit. Both semifinal matches will have a 30 minute time limit. The finals will have a 60 minute time limit. The winner will be the crowned the 2014 Frontier Lions Cup winner. In addition, the winner will be granted a FGA World Championship at the October supershow.
