At All-Star Showdown III, Sunshine Scandalous Tony Carmine won a battle royal that would send him straight to Above & Beyond III. With Carmine advancing to the quarterfinals of the Frontier Lions Cup after essentially being given a BYE, the rest of the field was whittled down after the Carolinas double shot. After the weekend was over, here is how the field looks for the remainder of the Frontier Lions Cup:
Tony Carmine, Chaz Holiday, Cordy Stevenson, Johnny Karma, Dan Herrera, Jared James, Cyncity and Evangelista will all compete in the Frontier Lions Cup Tournament at Above & Beyond III. The tournament will consist of three rounds over the course of the supershow on August 23. All quarterfinal matches will have a 15 minute time limit. Both semifinal matches will have a 30 minute time limit. The finals will have a 60 minute time limit. The winner will be the crowned the 2014 Frontier Lions Cup winner. In addition, the winner will be granted a FGA World Championship at the October supershow.
