Whether you call them Light Heavyweights, Cruiserweights or Junior Heavyweights, these grapplers offer some of the most dynamic, exciting and explosive matches that are filled with non-stop action. To celebrate these grapplers, FGA will be holding a mini-tournament titled, "Rey del Aire."
The tournament, which translates to King of the Air, will be held during the same weekend as the Frontier Lions Cup. Eight grapplers have been selected to compete in the tournament. They are:
* Ash
* Camellia D. Magna
* Pierre J. Harris
* Caspian Cicero
* Larkyn
* Chaths
* Xavier Daniels
* A mystery opponent
These eight grapplers will be broken into two semifinal matches. These semifinal matches will be 4-Way Fray matches. The rules are simple. All four grapplers will be in the ring at once. There will be no count outs. First fall to a finish wins. The two winners will then compete in the finals for the Rey del Aire trophy. Both semifinals matches will both be web-based exclusives while the finals will take place during the Above & Beyond III supershow.
The inaugural Rey del Aire tournament comes to Miami, Florida on Saturday, August 23!
