Evan Envi had an uneventful exit in the first round of last year's Dynamic Duos, dashing his hopes of a Tag Title shot. After securing a clean win over Molly Reid, Envi earned himself a Pride Championship match. But he was unable to take the Pride Championship from Reid in the first Pride Title match where there were No Disqualifications. Can "The Chief" use the Gold Rush Rumble to maneuver himself into another championship match?

The ring has not been kind to Chris Bond over the last several years. As the years have passed, the amount of injuries have continued to pile up. His surgically repaired knee has been re-injured. He's been knocked out of action with a severe concussion. It seems as though every time Bond starts to gain just a little bit of momentum, something happens to set him back several steps. But if there's one thing Bond is known for, it's his resiliency. Despite some tough losses, the Battle-Hardened Veteran refuses to throw in the towel. While the two-time Pride Champion appears to be a ways away from a championship match on paper, the Gold Rush Rumble can change Bond's fortunes over the course of one night.

After returning to FGA after a length absence, Valero made it clear that he wasn't interested in another tag team run. He was here with one purpose in mind and that was to become FGA World Champion. Of course, the self-proclaimed "Franchise" soon found himself in a feud with Owen Gonsalves after turning on him in a tag match. With the personal issue with Gonsalves seemingly behind him, the world traveled vet has his sights set on gold: the Gold Rush Rumble.
These four grapplers join Jimmy Page, Brian Stryker, Savannah Taylor, Noelle Smith, Dom Harter and a Mystery Entrant in the Gold Rush Rumble. Who else will be announced for the Rumble? Expect ten more names to be revealed tomorrow night on Vertigo.
