Despite retaining the Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship with Malcolm Drake at Above & Beyond II, the Tenacious Little Bastard didn't spend the night celebrating. Instead, he spent them in handcuffs.
As was reported during the newswire earlier in the week, Chris Tryon, along with Tiffany Lawrence Michaels and her trusted attorney, conspired to have The Murder member arrested for assault. It was Harter who put his hands on Michaels a few weeks back during a backstage altercation, sending The Usual Suspects valet flying to the floor.
While Tryon celebrated his "victory," the recently suspended Harter had this to say:
"I've always tried to win my battles inside the ring," Dom Harter says to the camera he holds in one hand, "to put aside petty squabbles and mind games, not to fight with a pen or an acerbic tongue, but with a sword. To fight my battles in the ring."
"But I can't do that now..." Harter says, bluntly.
"You had me arrested." He states, scowling at the camera. "You got me suspended."
"You little CHICKENSHIT!!"
Harter tries to remain calm, running his free hand through his bleach blonde faux hawk as he speaks again, "You see, Tryon, the thing is I don't need to be in the ring to beat you. I don't need to outwit you on Twitter. You want to play these games, you want to try and rob me of my pride. Go ahead. I'll sit at home, look at my beautiful girlfriend, smoke my cigarettes, drink my Jack Daniels and think 'woe is me, my life is oh so very difficult'..." Harter sneers. "But after I get my hands on you, Tryon, you will be sat in your hospital bed, pushing that button to ask the nurse to up your dose of morphine to take away the pain for a little bit longer. You will sit there with every bone in your body broken, smashed, fractured and you will look up at your television and see my smiling face...and maybe then you realize the FUTILITY of your actions."
"Maybe then you will learn that you do not cross The Murder."
